Open Site Mascot → Conversations to search and filter the log, open a whole thread, export CSV (filtered or all) and delete entries.
- Each chat gets a random anonymous id (no cookies and no account).
- Email addresses, phone numbers and long digit strings typed into a question are masked before saving or sending to AI.
- Entries are deleted automatically after 90 days (Settings → Delete after; 0 keeps them).
- You can switch text storage off to record counts only, or switch logging off entirely.
- A short notice under the chat box tells visitors that chats are saved. You can reword it in Settings.
