AI is optional. Without it, Site Mascot answers from your Q&A and your pages. With it, Claude writes a short reply from the matching pages and your near-matching Q&A.
Add your key
Paste your Anthropic API key under Settings → AI answers. A safer way is to put it in wp-config.php:

Privacy
With AI on, the masked question, the last few messages and the matching page summaries are sent to Anthropic. Say so in your privacy policy. Questions are never sent to Google Analytics. See Privacy and your visitors’ data.
